1. Agreement
These terms govern use of this website and purchases from BAYLINX MEDIA PTE. LTD. (UEN 202520171W). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.
2. Products and prices
We sell digital games and digital artwork. Product pages identify the included files, supported platforms and current USD price. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors before accepting an order.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. Payments are handled by the processor displayed at checkout. We may reject or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity and will return any amount received where required.
4. Digital license
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases grant one customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital files. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly host, sublicense, reverse engineer where prohibited by the license, or claim the content as your own.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, games, artwork and branding are owned by or licensed to BAYLINX MEDIA PTE. LTD. No ownership rights are transferred by a purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, use automated purchasing abuse, or use products unlawfully.
7. Availability and updates
We work to keep the site and downloads available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Material product changes are described transparently. Listings marked Coming Soon are unavailable for purchase.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and mandatory local rights.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any lawful limit does not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot be excluded.
