Digital product problems
If a purchased file cannot be accessed, is corrupted, is materially different from its description or does not meet the compatibility information shown at purchase, contact BAYLINXMEDIA@outlook.com within 14 days. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide reasonable troubleshooting, a working replacement, or an appropriate refund.
Change-of-mind requests
Because digital files can be delivered immediately, change-of-mind eligibility may depend on whether downloading has begun and on mandatory consumer law in your location. Where consent to immediate digital delivery and loss of a cancellation right is legally required, checkout must obtain that consent before delivery.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times are controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not exclude remedies or cancellation rights that cannot legally be limited. Fraudulent, abusive or duplicate requests may be investigated.
