Digital delivery only
Products identified as downloadable are digital. No physical item is shipped and no shipping fee is charged.
When files arrive
After confirmed payment, eligible download links appear on the order confirmation page and are sent to the email address entered at checkout. Current products allow up to five download attempts within 30 days unless the product page states otherwise.
File formats and requirements
Each product page lists its file type, contents and compatibility. Customers are responsible for checking those requirements before ordering. ZIP files must be extracted before use.
Delivery problems
