Lumen Flow collects the account information, workflow inputs, results, and activity timestamps needed to operate the workspace, provide support, measure usage, and keep a delivery record.
How we use workspace data
We use your information to authenticate your account, run the workflow you select, show saved results, enforce plan limits, and respond to support or billing requests. Do not upload passwords, API keys, or information you are not authorized to process.
Retention and requests
Task records remain in your workspace until you delete them or ask support about account data. To request access or deletion, email support@lumenrifter.com from the account email.
